How to order with Atkinsons Fencing

You can place an order in three easy ways:

• Online – Browse our website, add products to your basket, and check out securely.

• By Phone – Call our friendly sales team to order directly.

• In Store – Visit one of our depots to see products in person and place your order.

Ordering Online

1. Browse and select products
   Navigate their website, choose the fencing, gates, timber or garden items you need, and add them to your shopping cart.

2. View your basket
   The items you’ve selected will appear in your basket (top right of the site). You can remove items or adjust quantities as needed.

3. Proceed to checkout

   • Enter your postcode to calculate the delivery cost.

   • If your postcode isn’t listed, you’ll need to call them for the delivery cost.

   • You also have the option to collect your order from one of their branches (free collection) if you are local.

   • Fill out your personal details (name, address, contact).

4. Payment
   At the final stage, you’ll choose your preferred payment method.

5. Order confirmation & delivery arrangement

   • After your order is placed, you will get an email confirmation (which acts as your receipt).

   • Within 48 hours, a sales team member will contact you to agree on a delivery date.

   • Local deliveries: typically within 3–7 working days.

   • Nationwide deliveries: up to 10–14 days, with delivery cost (often via pallet network) around £150.

6. Delivery/collection

   • Deliveries are kerbside — goods left at the front of the property (e.g. driveway or front lawn), not carried into gardens.

   • If collecting, you choose a collection date and pick up from your chosen branch.

   • You don’t have to be present, but it’s better someone is there to receive the delivery.
